All sessions are available online or in person near Winfield, Alberta, unless otherwise noted.

Last year, we held a group session with several women — it was powerful, moving, and deeply connective. Each person had their own experience, but everyone walked away with insights inspired by the collective.

Booking Instructions

1. Select your preferred session type

2. Choose a time that works for you

3. Complete your intake form (sent via email)

4. You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details

All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Location & Accesss

In-person sessions take place just outside Winfield, Alberta. Exact address and directions will be provided after booking.


Virtual sessions are held via Zoom or phone. The link will be emailed to you after confirmation.
